  Чистота и ненавязчивость персонала - the staff were amazingly helpful!! and it was literally a 5minute walk to the colloseum and all major site of interest!! we walked the whole time we were in rome and nothing was to much for the staff. we were lent books for reading and were advised to see other parts of rome that were not conventional but extrem... что говорят » ely beautiful, we were so glad that we didnt miss out on anything. - Our stay at Aenea was just wonderful. The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

  Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.

  A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. We walked to most attractions easily, the colloseum & forum are about 20 - 30 minute walk... что говорят » away. The Vatican is a few metro stops away too. Breakfast is basic but just enough to set you up for your daily travels. We will definitely be recom - the hotel very much was pleasant. Convenient arrangement, nearby the station, (went to Naples) both the subway, sights! Nearby on Manin Street found remarkable restaurant where usually had supper. I will note goodwill of the personnel! Thanks to them! Next time we will stop only in this hotel!

  Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise. The B&B was extremely close to the train station which had gr - Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.
