The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The ter - Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.   Everyone we met at Pratinn Vatican was pleasant, interested in making our stay an enjoyable one. Claudio, Federico and Federico's mom were all helpful in making our first trip to Rome a success. We rented the small double room, which had a comfy bed, a ice cold air conditioner ( it was +34C the entire week of our stay ) easy access in and out, clo... что говорят » se to the Vatican, with bars and restaurant and a evolving flea market all within nearby walking distance. Even the farmers market was close, 2 blocks - A quiet clean and modern room with a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The location was superb, just a walk down the street and around the corner and you are at the Vatican. The breakfast was excellent, with choices of meats ,eggs ,fruit, pastries and excellent coffee. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. They also can arrange a shuttle if you need to go to the airport at a much better price than taking a taxi. I highly recommend this B&B.
