  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Small boutique hotel with Italian Renaissance decor. Updated bathrooms, though small by American standards, had many unique features not usually seen in hotels in the usa. The owner, Roberto, is professional and takes great pride in the attention to the details of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very near top attractions and local cafés. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

The deal we got for the hotel on LetsBookHotel.com was very good, and it was fantastic to have air conditioning, a comfortable, clean room, and a pool.   This accommodation was so relaxing in the centre of Trastevere. There is nothing that we could fault. Francesco was away, but Rose , the worker was excellent. Nothing was a problem and she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. He was ready and waiting with a map of the city and the surrounding neighborhood. All of Francesco’s recommendations and tips for restaurants, landmarks and transportation were spot-on. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. I would recommend the Trastevere Suites to anyone that wants to experience the local culture with easy accessibility to the rest Rome. My family and I could not have asked for a better
