We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*. Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich.
