fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it.
Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff.
The breakfast was superb.
Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort.
Highly recommended for a stay.

Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out. Сложно сказать,так как отдыхали мои близкие,а подбирала я сама!Место расположение -отлично,но вышел конфуз из за котегории-улучшеной...само слово должно было говорить об удобствах,а телевизор маленький...что не соответствует самому названию отеля с котегорией "Luxury "...и так далее...конечно же к работе персонала это не относиться,но из за мелочей

The staff friendly. Its is in a very covienient position near the metro so we were able to use this or walk to any virual any part of Rome.

The location was excellent - just 5 mins away from The Fountain of Trevi and 10 mins away from Piazza di Spagna,,The room though a bit on the small size was nice, comfortable (recently renovated) and cosy..the bathroom was of a good size and also nice ..the staff was very friendly..should i re-visit Rome I would definitely stay in this hotel agai
