Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati

It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect. - Loved Vicki the night Manager. Actually all the staff were great. The location was perfect. Could walk to almost anywhere! Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.

It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome.
The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient.

Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel.
Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would definately recommend this hotel!
