Of course, passionate Valeria gave us big warm welcome at the apartment and arranged car pickup at airport. Her grea - Very nice and cosy apartment with everything you need (kitchen equipment, wifi, hair dryer, washing mashine, etc.). Communication was also very good. The location is just perfect: quiet but very close to major attractions like vatican and the very cool neighborhood of Trastevere with loads of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend this place.

  This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. We even walked from and to the Termini Station - this is long walk, but there are so many little streets and beautiful buildings t... что говорят » o see! The staff couldn't of been more helpful or polite and the added touch of breakfast to the room every morning was lovely - we really enjoyed thi - We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back. The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  The location is fantabiolous!! Without a doubt everything is a walking distance. You'll never need to ride the metro except for the Vatican and maybe the Colessium. The rest is just around the corner. The toilets are very clean and although the towels look like table sheets and also feels like one, they do a great job.

  The location was very good, just 20 minutes walk from Termini, there were plenty of Nice restaurants in the neighborhood,the room though small had all the essential things.Importantly it was remarkably clean!
