  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.

  It was nice and clean the staff was very helpful. Walking distance from Termini. We got our own bathroom, but its not included in all the rooms. - Helpful staff, good central location near station with easy access to Metro and buses. Basic accomodation but very clean.Cheap

  Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel. With the train station being so easy to access, you would not need to worry about b - Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

Very good location: rather close to the Termini station, good dining places all around, nice neighbourhood.   The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy. The room was very large and had all the things we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and clean, there was a writing desk, safe, TV and nice bathroom. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.
