It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants.
