Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self.
Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.

Central location, cool design, clean and quiet rooms, lovely staff, very helpful reception. We had a great stay in hotel Palazzo Segreti and will be back, if we are in milan again.
