  The location - just round the corner from the Duomo: from the terrace there was a clear view to the Duomo, Baptistry and the Campanile. The room was very good, well furnished and with plenty of space. Not only did she show us our room, explained our to use the keys, she also recommended various really good restaurants and gelaterias and marked everything on our map.The B&B itself is old ( according to Giuliana, it was built in the 16th century) but very clean and comfortable. From the moment a friendly face met us at the door, to the time of our departure when our bags had been stored whilst we wandered for the last time after check-out, we appreciated everything about A Florence View.   The staff was lovely. The hotel was beautifully kept and the rooms spotless. The rooms also had a modern security system and all modern amenities. The location is fabulous. My view was of the Duomo. And you step outside and turn to your left and you are in the plaza of the Duomo. It's a five minute walk to the Academia and five to the Uffizzi. You walk out the door and BAM! there's the Duomo. Waking up to the bells was an experience I will never forget. Also, it is an easy walk from the train station as well as to the major Florence attractions. It made walking around in the cool evening enjoying the city very convenient. The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful place to stay!!!

The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.   Really very good location. Quite close to Piazza del Duomo, and few minutes walk to the railway station. We cannot find it on via Roma at first, for we cannot believe this would be a B&B when looked outside. The decoration is very friendly, and the staff are helpful.   The location is incredible. Right outside my window, so close I almost felt I could touch it, was the fantastically beautiful Il Duomo de Firenze (cathedral), Florence's most popular sight to see. You immediately feel like it's *your* piazza since you "live" there, and all the other people milling around are just tourists. The bells in the morning... что говорят » were magical. I had solo room with single bed which was fine (all I did was sleep there) and central to everything.
