  THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. The free breakfast was much better than expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and location, I'd definitely recommend this place.

The main room was a little more crowded, but the two single beds wo - The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.

  The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.
