  Great location in the city, near to the Cathedral, the shopping street and lots of good places to eat. Not far from the bus to the airport but the taxi is only 20 Euro and is just a 15 minute ride (bus #437 will take you to and from a stop near the Duomo but then about another 10 min. Walk). After 11 pm, totally quiet. Safe and secure - What we like the most was the excellent customer service provided by Giuseppe. He was willing to help and always with a smile. He gave us recommendations of Catania. The room was just excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast so good and the location close to the tourist information office, The Duomo, Via Etna and most of the interesting places in town. Bravo Giuseppe !!!!!

  I had stayed here before and I'm never disappointed. Everything was perfect. The room is modern and had also a balcony. It is located in the city centre near the nightlife area so it was safe to go out at night. It is on the third floor but the staff is always willing to help carrying your bags. - Old mansion with lots of stairs!   The staff is perfect! We were unable to check-in before 23 pm, even we arrived after 01 am (though we told before that we ould come at 22 pm) because of very hard road from Napoli through Campania and Calabria. It seemed to be lost... It seemed we would have our beds on a street... But the cool guy Pietro came away and saved us!)) PS: and a dog in the inner - I've spent 2 weeks in Civitas B&B. The room is very spacious, clean and the towels are changed daily. It is very close to city centre as well as bus and train stations. Interior is very nice decorated. Pietro and Leonardo are very friendly and helpful in every possible way. I highly recommend it for staying!
