Very well situated with rooms well styled although a bit small. The dining room was excellent and staff most helpful. Beautiful since being renovated especially dining room and bar areas. Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room.

The hotel is not easy to find (actually - nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location. Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will recommend the hotel.
