  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

  Little bit sketchy at night, but we soon realized what a great location it was during the day! The staff is great and very accommodating!! We were late getting in and the host stayed up waiting for us. Location is walking distance to train station. Wifi actually worked in room (which is extremely rare in Italy).   The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel, in a relatively quiet street, is just a 10min walk from the main features of Florence (Dome, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). The rooms are spatious and nicely and warmly decorated. The hotel has an attractive (small) rooftop terrace.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 -12 min walk from Florence SMN train station. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator, but the owner has helped with our luggage, so it was not an issue at all. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast room has an astonishing view of Florence roof - The Locanda dei Guelfi proved to be a good choice for us and we enjoyed our stay there. You never know quite what to expect even if you have read the reviews before you go. We had no difficulty in finding the hotel and the steps up to the third floor were not an issue for us although I can see that it might be a problem for some. The location is excellent although the area is quite busy but this was not a problem for us. The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Arriving by car, it is hard to find anywhere within the old city for a reasonable rate Johanna ii was the answer for us. The breakfast is all you really need for a residence of 7 rooms. My partner and I really enjoyed staying here, especially after such bustle in Florence town itself. Rea - We had a little 'house' (probably well converted garage) in the garden, which was delightful. It also contained a mini kitchen. We were able to park the car just in front of this in the garden. Good quality and very 'civilised' breakfast. Longish, but good, walk into town.

It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower - Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.
