В самом отеле Basilea Dipendenza нам не понравилось, т.к. под этим названием находятся два отеля разной категории и нас поселили в худший. Но понравилось то, что, когда мы выразили неудовольство качеством номеров, то нам предложили другой вариант в другом отеле, как мы поняли, принадлежавший этой же компании. И уже этот вариант нас вполне устроил.

The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient. Like the passcode system to enter the residence any time of day or night. -

Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

То, чего хотели, на что расчитывали, то и получили - "обычное" жилье в выбранном нами районе. Канал - рядом, напротив - жилой дом, с другой стороны - крыши "непарадной " Венеции. Турестический шум и суета где-то рядом, но не под окнами. А теплые булочки по утрам - за углом:-) Путь до Сан Марко - 30мин - не пугает ничуть. Захотим пожить во дворце -

This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
