We had so many questions and he answered them always with a smile.   It was excellent for the money. They had free parking and were helpful in explaining how to get around the city. Its your typical cheaper hotel, but no bad surprises except it was very dirty in the hallways and stairs. The room was good and had a nice balcony. And the wifi worked. - Breakfast is good.
