  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. This is mostly to the common kitchen (2 of them) freely accessible . And since it is only 8 rooms it is never crowded. Its a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the main attractions. I would describe this hotel as 'boutique' - only 5 or 6 rooms all on the ground floor. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.
