  The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent. The staff also mad... что говорят » e cappuccino, tea coffee etc.. for you, which was very nice. - The father/son owners, Luigi and Mario, work hard to create an affordable, welcoming and convenient place for travelers to Florence. The center of town is close enough to walk for those inclined (15 minutes) or short cab ride for those not so inclined. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and quiet.

However, that said I really want others to enjoy the extraordinary welcome and care given to us by the lovely Viviana and Paulo throughout our stay at this extraordinary villa. Hosts Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights - another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this place was great.

She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise!   The room is pretty and well-decorated. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is also a hairdryer fixed to the wall. The location is decent, it is near from the main train station and the center of Florence. Gianna was very helpful and she was willing to make some bookings for tour, if necessary.
