This is mostly to the common kitchen (2 of them) freely accessible . And since it is only 8 rooms it is never crowded. Its a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the main attractions. I would describe this hotel as 'boutique' - only 5 or 6 rooms all on the ground floor.
