  The owner, Maria Laura, was delightful and helpful. She did want to know the time of arrival, because she is not always at the B&B. When we arrived, she welcomed us and showed us our room, which was stylish and had a modern bathroom and large wardrobe for storage. She showed an array of biscuits, yogurt, cheese spread, nutella, jam, and juices... что говорят » for breakfast in the room. Using English was not a problem. Someone had written out every single train time from La Spezia to Cinqueterre from 7.30 am to 1 am next day for us before we arrived.   Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough ... что говорят » towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)

  The staff were wonderful - very helpful and provided many recommendations about places to eat and things to see in La Spezia and surrounds. They treated us like family and we were free to come and go.

  The manager, Simon takes a great care of the guests and ensures that everything is ok. You get a key to the property and you can come and go how you want. You can leave the hotel so early in the morning for next destination as you need, then the payment is already done and you just leave the key in the box. Everything was as descriped in the hotel information at the we - the owner has been extremely nice and helpful. Although there's no reception in the residence, the owner will greet you personally as long as you let him know when you'll be arriving. He will welcome you with a cup of coffee, give you all the details about what to do in La Spezia and how to get to Cinque Terre, and he'll show you where the cafe for breakfast is pers
