The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

Really good location between new and old cities, apartment clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There was loads to do every day and this was a great apartment for a family. A lovely warm welcome from Monica, who had also been very helpful prior to our arrival. A great location, being so close to citta Alta, walking distance. Apartment well laid out, comfortable and has everything you need. Bakery, pizza restaurant and lovely bar/café very close by. Use bus from airport or train station as stop just up the road!

That was a trip for 4 days and 4 different locations and as a result- for sure Liberty B&B was the best. The room and bathroom were spacious, pretty and had all that we needed. In a very convenient and relatively quiet location, everything is 5 minutes walk away. The owner was amazing: thoughtful, informative and very helpful. In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.

Well positioned for Citta Alta, a great base to explore the lakes and other medieval cities of the area. Angelo picked us all up at the airport, very friendly and helpful and his English is better than he thinks!! Highly recommended, very comfortable though quite small. -

Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial.
The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty.
The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room.

i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

Огромное спасибо! Очень красивый и уютный отель. Дизайнерские номера. Каждый номер расписан в ручную в своем стиле, огромные деревянные балки, чувствуется дух Италии. Каждый день наводился порядок, складывались стопочкой вещи. Приветливые и очень внимательные хозяева. Все очень понравилось. Всем советую!

Centrally located directly in the shopping distric, 10 min walking from central station, 2 min to bus stop to airport and hospital. Really clean Self service breakfast: basic but with all needed Nice appartement - well furnished - perfect for a long stay (there was even a washing machine)Perfect italian style: no salty food for breakfast and no kettle for hot water! good loacation near the train station and the bus station for the airport bus make it perfect for back packers and for short term stayings before flying from Bergamo. Spacious, clean rooms! There is a smoking room preference, really rare in Italy. -

We travel idependently and La Castellan is really well situated for
both rail and airport transfers. Great value and has everything you
need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would
expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy
to return.
The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.
