  Fabulous hosts Simone and Alberto could not do enough to make us comfortable and provide information and recommendations. our room was the smallest of the 12 in the hotel but it was enormous. The breakfasts were wonderful and Simone was ready to provide anything else guests requested. Bathroom very well equipped. Water pressure in the morning for the shower a bit low. We were very well guided to nice restaurants in the neighborhood. A beautiful location, fantastic room, very good breakfast, and a very good host.

  Близость до метро. Прямая ветка до станции Dumo. Парковка для машины не дорогая (10 евро). Приветливый персонал. Для туристической поездки (придти переночевать) очень подходит. - The Hotel is on the lake and offers priceless lake views. The staff went out of their way to make you comfortable and were extremely attentive. The rooms were very clean and very light. With the stay came included a voucher to use an open air eternity swimming pool at the sister hotel Villa Carlotta. This alone was worth the fee we paid to stay at Hotel Milan - Convenient to stay there for a stop over (several times on our trips to Tosca/Lombardy/France Riviera etc.(4-5 times)). Near to Stresa without the "Stresa Prices"! Easy to get to with free parking. Hotel is direct on the Lake with lovely restaurant with no road between hotel & lake (rare in the area). Friendly staff/service.
