The house is an old stone construction and was originally a tower dating from the 13th century. It is newly renovated and has a beautiful Tuscan style. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans. The property is situated in the heart of Tuscany (35 km from Siena, 20 km from San Gimignano, 30 from Florence) and is surrounded by beautiful countryside full of vineyards, olive groves, woods, ponds and paths where you can walk or cycle. In front of the house is a well maintained garden with garden furniture which gently leads down to the area around the swimming pool of 6x13m, about 50 meters from the house, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan hills between fruit and olive trees.
