  The staff was excellent! They arranged a very good breakfast for me on the terrace and helped me arrange taxi when I needed one. They don't speak much english, but we made it work anyways. I slept with balcony door open and it was quiet and peaceful during the night. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, nice balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow! The breakfast is an italian style sweet breakfast, very tasty and good enough. Near the villa there is a restarant, not expensive and very good, but they don't speak english, menu is in italian!

  Enjoyed the rustic quality and age of the building and grounds, it was clear that this was a true Italian neighborhood building. The breakfast was in a private garden complete with citrus trees and herb plants. - The host is just absolutely charming.   Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.... что говорят » The building was completely remodeled only two years ago and is kept immaculate. The internet was supplied by cable to the small desk in our room (fa - B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.
