Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice
bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an
early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of
the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you
have a hire car.

Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Отличный номер, вежливый и услужливый персонал, недалеко от аэропорта в Бергамо - Hotel looked nice and was a bit different than hotels usually. Thanks tohotel personnel which gave us instructions to found the hotel by busfrom Bergamo. Hotel situation seem to be on a side of the town but therewas a nice restaurant nearby. Kitchen was already closed

Hotel breakfastwas also very good. - Very friendly staff, restaurant with nice selection of food (pizzas,pasta, salads etc) big room, woth very comfortable bed and pillow (Ieven thought of buying one from them!) Cheap and really fast internet,free room service. Soon will have a spa! A very worthwhile deal!

Via Milano bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.
