She hurry have room attendant to clean the room ASOP for us. room is large, so does bathroom. the area is quiet, peaceful & relax with a beautiful garden surround w flowers. it is very close to Airport & bus is in front of main road. you can buy bus ticket w reception. I highly recommend & will come back when I will be in Venice.Few restaurants near by at 10minutes walk

With sign language we had a neighbor call the owner, who arrived very quickly to let us in. It was a beautiful apartment.

  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

  When taken to the apartment by Karima we found it was effectively a STUDIO & not the one-bedroom apartment we had booked & confirmed. It had a convertible sofa-bed in the living area & NO separate bedroom. I offered to pay a reduced price & that was accepted. Bed was barely comfortable enough for our two-night stay - no longer.   The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk.
