  Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. Nice also to be able to have pic nic in the garden (chairs, tables and umbrellas for the sun are provided) - Near Venice Airport but quite rural and quaint... что говорят » . I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

Cesare (owner of the hotel) could not be more helpful. He truly made a good hotel into a great one! Very personal, easy to get to from the boat stops, and a very short boat ride to the main island. Wouldn't hesitate in going back. - Hospitality of Cesare the owner was second to none - friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and lived up to the online description. Location on Murano was perfect - central for everything yet not on the main canal so retained peace and quiet.

  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  We arrived in the wrong place (San Luca Hotel)....but the owner called and the person from San Luca BB came to meet us and escort us to the B&B (really kind and above the level of what is required). As we arrived early in the morning, I wrote and they said they would be happy to even have us check in early. At the B&B we were offered coffe... что говорят » e and croissants while they prepared the room. Overall the service was great. The location is central and ideal. There is an Punto Simply (grocery) on - Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.
