I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Everyone was extremely helpful and breakfast was great! - It was very easy to get the hotel's shuttle from the airport and I was very courteously received at the hotel. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

We were greeted with coffee and cake. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight from Malpensa but its not easy to get into Milan if you want to go for an afternoon.

This hotel is one of the best 4 stars where I have ever been until now.Stuff competent,helpful and friendly .internet for free. Great breakfastand very good restaurant. The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool. Car park under room is handy. Nice contemporary feel and good wall coverings.

The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive.
