The lady who met us was incredibly helpful. She was available late in the evening when we arrived (after 2200) and met us far from the hotel so that we could find our way. Our check-in was quick and we were able to clean up and sleep quickly. The room and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner helped cool the room...we had a very pleasant stay.

Being a family of 5, having 2 rooms with bathroom all within our flat was great. Breakfast was fine and suited everyone.

This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

Близость к морю - Staff are very friendly and informative, spoke english very well. Room was very clean and cosy, i didn't use the kitchen as i only stayed 2 nights but i liked the fact the room had a fridge! Great value for money! - Chose this hotel because of the position by the sea and yet easily accessible to Pisa by rental car.

This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
