  This place is a little gem,10 minutes from pisa by no 5 bus which is nearby,lovely quiet area with parking,beautifull clean spacious accomadation,hosts are very friendly and not intrusive lovely garden area,breakfeast is the usual italian mainly sweet and plenty drinks ,yougurts etc.Pictures on site do not do it justice,this is home from home. Around you can eat real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower. Private free parking. We like it a lot.

  Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.   It was placed perfectly, 5 mins from the train/bus station, 10 mins from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's just off the main street in Pisa. We loved the room, it had great air conditioning. Very clean and we had fresh towels and sheets. The bathroom was lovely, shower a bit small but not a problem.   I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would. Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby. I think there are some slighly unfair reviews here and (more so) elsewher - Location, as there are only few minutes by foot to Pizza dei Miracle on site parking. You can park on site.

We had to leave early in the morning and we were able to go to the kitchen and help ourselves to breakfast. Perfect location. One thing to take into account: Make sure to let them know when you are planning to arrive! Highly recommendable. - Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi. Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

  This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. Nice touch with soaps and shampoos to choose from. The bed has a wonderful pillow top and is very comfortable.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. We did a lot I travel to other cities near Pisa and the owner was very helpful with all travel with train time tables and explanations on how to g... что говорят » et around. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi - Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..
