Also, the staff was extremely courteous, and quite willing to help. They've shuttle car from the airport and railway station. You could also reach the leaning tower on taxi by paying less than 10 EURO. - Our hotel stay was better than expected because it was close to the airport and the breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of different types of food. We felt it was better than the reviews on the website because the room was at a high standard so we slept well at night and had plenty to eat in the morning.

Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.

  La Corte degli Angeli is a fantastic hotel, in the very centre of Lucca, in a quiet street. Our room was really big and cosy and with shutters (very important for me, as I need obscurity to sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous, with jacuzzi and TV. Breakfast was also really good.
