  I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.   A well restored villa with lots of character and nice grounds.  Everything was very clean and we had a good view from our window.  The directions provided by the hotel were good.  We were not able to eat dinner at the hotel but they recommended a good local restaurant Da Antonio.

They didn't speak much English and we didn't speak much Italian but we did a great job communicating and making sure we were taken care of, from coffee in the morning to arranging for a taxi to the airport.
