I must admit I copied another's review... But I agree with
it....Great proximity to fco, walking distance to beach with very good
and inexpensive restaurants. Breakfast was just right for traveling and
staff was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are bright, new, and
very clean.
ALso, the shuttle service to the airport was good.... came a bit early, we were the only customers in the van and there were not other stops enroute to the airport, so it was calming and not nerve racking.

An absolute delight to stay in, will definitely return. Chose it for my wife, who is a Piano teacher. Very photogenic hotel, you travel back in time, but in luxury while getting a great deal. - The staff was most helpful. Offered to open the resturant for us. Told us how to get across the highway in front of the hotel. Let us use the Internet at the desk for email and checking flight info. Were a big help in getting a van for our party of 8 to get to the airport on time!!

Stayed there for one night and everything was fine. Had a room on the second floor of the building to the right (not the one where the reception is). A window in the room was facing the wall of the building with the reception, but there also was a small balcony, so I was able to see a part of the see from it.
WiFi worked fine (had good video connectivity via Skype).
Generally, Lido di Ostia is very good option for beach leisure, for traveling to Rome (40mins by suburban train/metro for 1.50euro

First of all, the breakfast was fine, like they said in description.
After all, you can't complain about the lack of American breakfast
since in presentation is written Continental breakfast. They do have an
elevator and minibar (empty but working proper) in room. They clean the
room every day and change the shits at two days. There was a Shuttle had
to come from the front of the hotel and pick the tourist for the Castel
