  Nice structure, clean and confortable. It's good because we were very close to Ciampino aiport but we were also close to the City Center ( 30 minutes with bus and metro).   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. Who even neatly folded and hung our clothes and - We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
