It was very close to most of the major sites that we wanted to see. The breakfast was great! The staff was very polite, most spoke English very well, and was very accommodating. We woke up late one morning and were on our way out to buy breakfast and they brought the breakfast items back out so that we could eat there - we didn't even ask them to do this.

The location of Hotel Diocleziano is also very convenient to either walk or - The hotel was very near to the termini station so access to the airport and tour buses was fantastic. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.
