  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening.   We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was recently remodeled, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was also very friendly. Located close to a main metro terminal which made it perfect for touring around the Rome area.
