  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated.   The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The staff are wonderfully friendly and well trained. The food is top class and we particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast. Unbeatable for comfort and charm. The food was superb and beautifully presented. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Ireland but Sheen Falls Lodge would be number 1 on our list a really wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

  Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  I've never experienced such excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived to checking out the staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. The welcome from the reception staff was lovely. The quality of the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the we were greeted every morning by very cheerful staff despite it being... что говорят » very busy.I would highly recommend this hotel for the customer service alone as well as it being a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. - Where the hotel is situated is without doubt the most scenic part of this country. Waking up to this background is an amazing experience. I am from Ireland and expect staff to be pleasant which they were at the skellig but I even thought they exceeded my expectations. Especially a lady on the cleaning staff that was very friendly when id pass her in the hall way. and a lady from Armagh which made an extra effort been friendly with us. This adds to the overall experience

  Stayed in a self catering holiday home, the house had everything you could need in it, it was perfect for us and the 3 kids. the kids had their own rooms, which they loved! and there was even a sofa bed downstairs for an extra friend.The pool was great for the kids, and staff really friendly. kenmare itself is a great spot, lovely pubs, restaurants... что говорят » .   My husband and I, with our 2 children (10 and 8) have just returned from a 2 week stay there and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was well furnished with modern conveniences with spectacular views of the mountains of South Kerry. Activities included horse riding/trekking/lessons, kayaking, mudsurfing, assault course, cycling, archery.
