My group also stayed at Dromoland Castle and we all agreed that our stay at Ballygarry House was more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable.The price was reasonable. The staff from check in to check out were most gracious and professional. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The Lodges were excellent, very well kitted to a high spec. Loved the touch of the fire log left for guests plus the tea/coffee/milk - very welcoming. - New and excellent place to stay. The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The staff are wonderfully friendly and well trained. The food is top class and we particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast. Unbeatable for comfort and charm. Don't miss the falconry.

The attention to detail, the very friendly staff. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The food was superb and beautifully presented. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Ireland but Sheen Falls Lodge would be number 1 on our list a really wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic. Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. It really made our whole trip and we will return without a doubt.

We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were

Enjoyed every minute...upgraded to the luxury suite and certainly worth it...waking up with a view of the Mcgillicuddy Reeks, wow! Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family. I found the Dromhall Hotel to be so relaxing and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee breaks at no extra charge, a very nice touch.
