The Dylan is a fantastic hotel, the lovliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The interior and exterior are fabulous and it was extremely comfortable. The staff were delightful and we will definately go back. I can't wait! - Great staff who took care of our every need. Very luxurious rooms.

The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks. The room was lovely and had a nice bathroom with a good shower - fabulous breakfast, very good quality food.ease of access to the car park, no messing with tickets, validation, charges etc.

I liked the hotel decor. Though my room was small like most europeanhotel rooms the room was charming. The breakfast was very good and Iappreciated getting to order a hot breakfast off of the menu. It waslocated only 5 minutes from the train station which was then only a 10minute drive into the city. It was a 5 minute walk to 2 excellentrestaurants

The hotel room was well presented and clean with plenty of space. The TV had more than just the standard channels, with 2 music channels. We dined at the restaurant on two occassions - the food was gorgeous!! You also get complementary use of the fitness centre and swimming pool!!!

I liked the concierge, the man really new what info to give us and was very understandable. I also liked the restaruant and bar, the people working the nights that I dined and wined there were extremely friendly on never left me bored out of my mind. Loved this hotel...read reviews concerning it on your website before booking and saw that all criticisms were small...I would have absolutely no complaints about my stay at this hotel...the staff were obliging...so nice...parking just outside the door...realy clean...wonderful value...I will go back to this hotel again...and would recommend it high

My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. Weliked it a lot! - Opportunity to stay extra half day in same room
