  I found every member of staff that we came in contact with to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and the whole atmosphere was very pleasant.   The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. Leisure centre was close at hand and facilities were excellent.

  This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway. - staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap

  Was able to get a drink from bar after returning from town. Very nice staff - Big comfortable room with well thought out decor. Great breakfast.

  We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.

  This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character.
