Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. All in all great value for money -

The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me.

Our host Eileen was a real gem - she made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to drop us off in the city (not sure if this is usual or not!). She supplied us with a full buffet breakfast in a beautiful dining room overlooking a garden, a lovely way to start the day.
Blackrock is not right in the centre of Cork but the city is easily accessible by car (10 mins drive) or by bus - there is a bus stop right outside the accommodation.

We stayed there as my friends were celebrating their wedding there onthe saturday. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star foodand service. Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.
