Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. Small number of villas with private pool and exotic garden in a big tree park surrounded by rice fields! Everything in this resort is amazing! The spa, the villa, the view, the staff, the breakfast, the thai restaurant, extremely calm but 5 min. To monkey forest and ubud center. There is a free shuttle too!

I really enjoyed the cultural aspects of this resort. I felt good knowing that my money was helping to perpetuate the culture of Bali. The performances were fantastic, the workshops on offer in the adjoining museum/art gallery are worth doing and the staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. The pool was beautiful and clean and open 24 hour a day! such a plus with many hotels closing theirs at 9pm.

This hotel just rocked our world! The best hotel we've ever stayed in, and all thanks to the stuff and the amazing job they do. It's all in details and they always think one step ahead.

Loved Puri Sunia, we stayed for 7 nights and it was fantastic. Great location very nice people. Loved the rice paddy walks and the staff were always very friendly, happy and helpful. It was so good we are planning to go back again next year but also with our older children 20's to show them what Bali is really about and not the noise and chaos of Kuta. Highly recommended.

The hotel is built on the hill facing river stream. Quiet and away from traffic. 10mins walk to town. If you are lazy, there is free shuttle every hour.
We stayed at Pura 2 room. Facing east and pool. Balcony is the best spot for morning sunbathing. Really nice decor.

Only stayed 2 nights here. Got here quite late, the staff were very welcoming and even though the hotels kitchens were closed they found us a restaurant that was still serving food. Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud.
Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool.
Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service.
The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.

My girlfriend and I were in the final week of a long holiday and, after a touch of backpacking across Thailand, needed a place to wind down. We could not have found a more perfect place.
Although the Sungu doesn't have a 5* rating, we had stayed (earlier in our travels) at 5* hotels in Dubai and Bangkok, and w

The attitude of the staff was exceptional; they were all so happy to fulfill anything we asked of -
Wonderful stay here at the Sungu. Lanai was delightful, loved the outside bathroom and looking up at the stars whilst taking a shower at night. Loved swimming in our Lanai pool looking at the stars at night. Loved the breakfast/Dining room and the staff were lovely. We had a 15year old and a 6 year old with us and all they can both talk about was how much they loved staying at the Sungu. Would recommend this place in Ubud to anyone.

Останавливались на 3 ночи. Гостиница близко расположена к лесу обезьян. Рядом большой супермаркет с фруктами и всем необходимым. Прачечная, куча магазинов. Достаточно хорошее расположение. Это единственный плюс этой гостиницы. В целом в Убуде лучше снимать жилье на месте. Получится дешевле раза в два и найдете то, что вас будет полностью устраива
