Samaya Ubud is not the 5 star property! you have to call it 5++. compare to other 5 star properties that I've stayed in my life, Samaya was the best and for sure we will go back. highly recommended. thanks to all Samaya's team to make our stay so special

We loved everything. The service was amazing and you never wanted for anything. You couldn't put your finger on what exactly was the magic at this hotel, but that's the exact point. You didnt' want for anything, nor did you have to ask for anything. True Bliss.

Everything. It was the best hotel of our honeymoon, where we felt at home and were we truly felt like we were on a 5* hotel.
Upon arrival, we were offered a 1/2 hour complimentary back and shoulders massage (for the both of us, it was our honeymoon) in the SPA. It was simply perfect, the best massage we had in Bali.

The service was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, and they were particularly helpful with preparing food for our 8 month old baby. Food is excellent and freshly sourced, but we were also provided details for take away pizza when we expressed a desire for different food. Finally, when we requested a late check out, we were permitted to move to a different villa until 3pm at no extra charge, this was extremely helpful given that we were travelling with a baby.

It is fabulous to stay in these exquisite villas. Everything is splendid and every detail is well-groomed; staff is very charming, attentive and discreet, foods are delicious and private pool, well isolated, is large enough to feel alone together in a paradise. Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud.
Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool.
Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service.
The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.

What an amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved it! With long stem red roses awaiting us, a fresh night shirt placed on our bed each night, a stunningly beautiful location and great meals each night, what could you not like? Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable.
