  This was our second time at Ping hotel and we were very happy to be back and so was the staff. It is generally a very cozy hotel. The staff knows you by name and are always very friendly. We spent Nyepi day in the hotel and the staff did everything to comfort us and keep us informed about and during that quiet day.
