  For a Budget family friendly hotel this is one of the best. The staff are Great! don't miss out on one of Mickeys reflexology massages it is fantastic! Resturant staff are excellent, & the view was only the sea!! room was large superior, with end balcony excellent WifFi & safe in room. Pool was small but certainly clean.   Location is good, not far from both Lovina center and Singaraja town, but much more quiet. There're lovely bungalows in the hotel's garden, just facing the sea. Rikki and her husband are wonderfull persons who are realising their dream in running a cozy high quality hotel at the beach front of Lovina.   A lot of people complain about the breakfast in the reviews. That is BS. At the breakfast you have a choice of 3 styles - continental, american or indonesian. We had the american for 4 days in a row. You get a choice of juice, 2 eggs cooked like you want them, 2 pieces of toast, jam, butter, tea or coffee and a plate of fruit. The staff was very friend - The hotel is located right on the sea side, and the horizon line pool takes advantage of the location by overlooking the sea. The restaurant served great food, and the staff were very friendly. The room was recently refurbished with modern fittings and very clean, bedding was very comfortable too.

  Very helpful and nice stuff! They always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible Lovely balcony and the pool is also great and absolutly clean Breakfast buffet has a lot of things you can choose from and lunch and dinner is also very good - I like the location, easy to rent a bike and see around Lovina.

  I visited Lovina for the early morning sea journey to watch the dolphins at play and I wasn't disappointed. Villa Agung was a real find. The room had recently been refurbished, was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. I had pool/ocean views from my upstairs room and rice paddi to the rear. They kindly allowed me to accompany them on a typical day's errands around the local village and Singara and gave me a fabulous guided tour. The - The owners & staffs were friendly. Facilities were good as rooms were provided with coffee / tea making facilities ( something seldom you get at this price). Bed was provided with 6 pillows! Bathroom was clean & spotless. Last & not least, the breakfast was delicious, especially the Watermelon Boat (Pls try it)!

  I stayed three nights here and I love this place! We had the cheapest room, but we had everything we needed. The other rooms are more luxury and they looked beautiful. The staff was really friendly and it was very easy to arrange an excursion with them for a good price (snorkling/dolphin trip). The breakfast was delicious and the Wifi was fast.   Hotel was really nice. Room was lovely. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast great! Best thing was the staff. They were very helpful, kind and attentive. They arranged transportation from the airport for me with a wonderful driver and then back to the otherside of the Island at the end of my stay. In conclusion: the hole atmosphere was amazing :) even it is a 30 minute walk from the center you can go along the beach and enjoy the sunset or just take the scooter for a 5 minute drive.

  Positive was: + we received free upgradeto suite which had very nice interiour, very spacy,very clean + Delphine show + Pool - Unique hotel with dolphins. We have the beautiful sunset suite. The hotel staff was very welcome.
