  Absolutely wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. Very pretty place. Good food. Reliable internet. Though some reviews said the location was too far from the beach, I found it very nice.   Great rooms with comfortable beds and nice patios - we had an aircon room. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely pool and good setting just back from the pretty and busy beach at mushroom bay. Book a hot water room as cold showers don't do the job! We moved to a hot water room part way through our stay and really appreciated it. Good value for money.   We stayed at the Well House for 2 nights and it is the perfect little hideaway in Nusa Lembongan! Perfectly located in Mushroom beach, our transfer from the boat to out hotel was a 2 minute walk. We have read a few negative comments about this beach - note that the part where the boats come in isnt the best but if you walk to the right there is an... что говорят » other section which is beautiful! The staff and Mr Ketuk in particular were incredibly helpful from the outset in providing us with a map of the isla - Room: We stayed in one of the new villas. It was immaculate - very clean, bed was very comfortable, lovely outdoor bathroom and A/C worked well. Gardens and pool were also lovely. Staff: always friendly and helpful, excellent communication via email prior to the trip to arrange airport/boat transfers as well as always being willing to help once we were there, even going out of their way to collect a towel (one that we owned and not one belonging to the accomodation) that we'd left at Dream beac
