  The location is very convenient. It is nestled in the city with access to local markets, taxis and public transportation. The hotel decor is modern with subtle nods to Indonesian art- notice the woodwork and sculptures that decorate the common areas. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

Bathroom was not lockable and shower has a full height window on the room: that could be a plus, depending on whom you share your room with. I'm fully satisfied and I booked it again.

  I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a cafe restaurant, which serves a well priced food. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. I happened to loose my iPod thinking that I lost it in a taxi ca... что говорят » b, but I was informed by the hotel staff that I had left it at the hotel cafe. The iPod was then returned to me. Such honesty and professionalism of - We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day.
