  The bungalows are located at the south-west side of the island, a five minute bike ride away from the restaurants and shops. On walking distance (around 200 meters) there's a quiet beach, but the more popular beach is at the south-east corner of the island. The bungalows are clean and there's a large garden.   We opted for the basic room no aircon or hot water, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. There are more fancy places on Gili Air, but it its a good clean room you are looking for this is the place, you don't need many facilities as the island surrounds is what you there for. - Location is ok, but not the best.   As a 40+ solo traveller I enjoyed the comforts provided by Kaluku Bungalow including the king bed, air conditioning, and private outdoor shower and toilet which was beautifully designed with natural slate and stone. There are only a handful of bungalows available at Kaluku and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the banana pancakes ... что говорят » for breakfast. The views from the shore in front were very calming and relaxing. The Kaluku bungalows are not budget or backpacker accommodation for G - The bungalow is clean and nice. It is on the beach as all hotels on Gili island are. The shower and toilet are under the sky;) Breakfast is simple but nice. It's better to go to other places to swim and lay on the beach as there is no actually beach in front of the hotel and the sea is not deep enough. The island is perfect, it's like paradise!

  Our stay was great there. The bungalow is located in a few walks front of the beach and great snorkeling area (which we manage to see a sea turtle and blue corals). The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant's food was satisfying (didn't cause any stomach disturbance like other restaurant we tried in gili a... что говорят » ir) and they are kind to service us for any request. For example I would like to drink coconut which are not in the menu and they went and climb a coc - I had a bungalow which was about 50m walk to the beach, superb location on the island & the bungalows are really cute! The staff are what Star Bar & Bungalows, they are very friendly & also very helpful for any enquiries for things to do on the Gili Islands or Lombok. I recommend this accommodation, good value for money.

  We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa.   I loved our hut with an open bathroom situated in a coconut park, delicious pancakes with a lovely view on the beach and tranquility around the place. Perfect for a proper chill out. The staff was very eager to help and show treasures of the coral reef.   Room is superb. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool was also lovely and clean. Super place if you want to try to dive, are an experienced diver, or want to go snorkelling. Lots of places nearby to eat and drink, in this quiet location and only a few minutes back to the maine Centre. Back cottages are quiet that's where we stayed. Hot water was very much appreciated.
