The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you to Rita, Rio and others. -

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing. I don't have to worry about

Next to shopping centre, you can hire a car with a driver from hotel reception and have amazing trip to Tangkuban Perahu, hot springs and floating market.

Your reception staff syaiful (hope I got his name right) is very friendly n very accomodative. He went out of his way to weigh my check in luggage as travelling on AirAsia, known for weight restriction, when I expressed my worries. Plus point to Favehotel. No hesitation to recommend

The girl at the front desk is very helpful. At first, they said the double bed room already full booked, when I checked in. And offer me, twin bed room. But I need double bed, cos I bring my 2 y.o daughter with me. Then she upgrade my room to deluxe for free
